Pre-Conference Workshop: 24th May 2010

09.30 - 12.30 WORKSHOP A: Combat Maintenance: How to Achieve Combat Repair Efficiency

This session will focus on maintenance in strenuous situations and combat scenarios. Delegates will be provided with key insight into different approaches related to planning and capabilities required to maintain adequate levels of availability under the constraints typically found on war time scenarios. The discussions and studies will be centred on what is necessary to be able to repair damage weapon systems in order to fly again quickly enough to contribute to wartime requirements. Expected results from the workshop include recommendations and thoughts to improve combat maintenance and ABDR initiatives.

This roundtable style master class will provide delegates with invaluable insight and networking activities, allowing you to openly discuss current developments as well as the future of mechanics and combat support. If combat maintenance is an important issue to you, then this workshop is the perfect addition to your conference experience.
